I was injured in a car accident while I was a passenger in an automobile in Florida. The other car was at fault. The driver or owner of the car that I was in do not have auto insurance. I don't own a car or live with anyone who owns a car. If the car that caused the accident has auto insurance, will that cover my bodily injury?

Yes, however you if you want to be seen by a doctor or hospital, you should use your health insurance assuming you have health insurance.  If you do not have health insurance, which is the case for about 1 in every 5 people living in Florida, Attorney Justin Ziegler may be able to speak with your doctor (or a medical provider) who may be able to take your case based on a letter of protection. A letter of protection (abbreviated LOP) is a written document which assures the provider that they will be paid out of the total settlement/verdict. The letter of protection may state that the injured client is still responsible for medical bills; however to date we have never had a client not receive money at the end of the claim/lawsuit after all their medical bills were paid.  This included client's who have signed letters of protection.*  This is because the clients that we represent are seriously injured and our car accident injury legal team is very selective in the cases we take.
