Miami Personal Injury Paperless Law Firm

Our law firm is almost completely paperless. We use a Xerox Documate 262 high speed scanner which can scan about 30 pages per minute. This is an advantage to our clients because they can quickly receive documents that our office creates or receives. We try to send our clients every document that is received in the office or that we generate. We offer each personal injury client the choice of receiving documents via fax or email.  Clients generally seem to like this approach as they are kept up to date with the developments in their personal injury claims or lawsuits. Faxes that are received in our office are received through our computers as opposed to through a fax machine which prints paper.

Each employee (except for one who will have two (2) monitors soon) in our office uses a two monitor setup, which makes our office more efficient than an office that only has one monitor for each employee. We are also looking into streamlining our office so that when a client calls, their contact information appears on each computer screen. The goal is to decrease client waiting time and allow us to work on their cases faster.

Although we would scan some documents for the past few months, we were using began scanning some documents since its opening.
