Injuries to Minors Settlement/Verdicts

We are seeking in excess of $35,000 represent a 12 year old girl who suffered personal injury when the SUV she was a passenger in was T-boned by another car. She was taken via Fire Rescue to the hospital in Miami, Florida. At the hospital, x-rays and/or CT scans revealed two (2) bulging discs. Her pediatric orthopedic doctor told her to refrain from cheerleading for at least three (3) months. She needs to wear a back brace do to the personal injury in her lower back. The car which she was a passenger in sustained huge property damage and declared a total loss. Our investigation thus far has revealed the at fault driver had a glare in her eyes and could not see that she had the red light. Our client had a green (arrow) light when she was crashed into by the at fault driver.

$4,000 settlement to a young child who suffered personal injury while she was a passenger in her mother's car and it was hit by another car in Venice (Near Fort Myers), Florida. She was taken via ambulance to the Emergency Room. She had a follow up visit with her pediatric doctor. The at fault driver had bodily injury insurance through AIG.
