Assuming my medical bills have not been paid at the time of settlement, how do they get paid?

After settlement and/or verdict for your personal injury claim/case, Lawyer Justin Ziegler and our staff will do everything possible to make sure that your medical bills are fully paid out of the recovery. In addition to doing everyting possible to try to get you as much money as possible, Justin will also use his negotiation skills to reduce (if possible) your bills.   Our office policy is to make sure that we have agreed with medical providers on the amounts of outstanding balances (medical bills) prior to issuing your personal injury settlement check.

We send a fax to medical providers asking them to acknowledge the client's outstanding balance (owed medical bills) so that the client is not billed later. Although there are no gaurantees, we have an excellent track record of NEVER having a client come back to us after their case is settled informing us that they are still receiving bills.  Our goal is for injured accident victims to get excellent medical treatment and compensation.
